Renovation In Music Education (RIME) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization helping people, arts organizations, and communities succeed through innovative arts partnership programs. From underprivileged students in upstate New York, to injured combat veterans at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, RIME provides extraordinary opportunities  to populations in need, and transforms their lives in the process.

RIME’s principal programs are Musicorps, a rehabilitative music program for injured combat veterans, and the Concert Curriculum, a curriculum that culminates in the students’ performance with orchestra.

RIME has partnered with schools, orchestras, science institutions, and veterans support organizations, and the success of its programs has been the subject of research at Harvard and NYU.

RIME was founded and is directed by composer Arthur Bloom.
